Unlock Google Voice Number for Porting

Intended Audience: All End Users
This article outlines how to unlock a Google voice number in order to port it away

Requirements
Access to your Google account.
- Using any web browser navigate to https://www.google.com/voice/unlock
- Print the web page as a PDF to provide to the Porting Team
- If you only have one Google Voice number, click Unlock my number underneath your Google Voice number or
- If you have more than one number, select the number you wish to port from the drop-down menu, and then click Unlock my number.
- Click Continue to confirm that you wish to unlock your number
- Sign in to Google Wallet to complete your port-out process
- Once finished, send a screenshot of your Google Voice number in PDF form to us.
