How to Forward a Number Using Google Workspace Auto Attendants

Forward Google Voice Workspace number to PSTN


Need access to the Google Workspace Admin center

  1. Navigate to Google Workspace > Google Voice > Auto attendants
    1. https://admin.google.com/u/5/ac/voice/autoattendants
  2. Create a new auto attendant
  3. Under Transfer the caller, select phone number and add the forwarding number
  4. Assign the number you are trying to forward to the auto attendant you just created
